In 1999, after a long career in sales, sales training, and sales management, Rich decided to join the rest of his family and enter the world of Real Estate.  After choosing the field of mortgage, Rich set off using the same principles of customer service that he used in his previous career.  He built a database based of family, friends, and past clients, and set out on his journey to become the best loan agent he could possibly be.

After four very successful years in the Mortgage business, Rich and his growing family decided to relocate to the Valley of The Sun, and bought a home in Chandler, Arizona.  Rich continued working in the Mortgage business, and eventually studied for and passed the state exam for the Mortgage Broker's License. 

Rich now offers his services as a Qualified Responsible Individual to companies needing a license to do business here in the state of Arizona.
